Take Back the Night hosts a mock trial of the Sexual Misconduct Board, chaired by Dean Nicole Eramo. The mock trial was a reenactment of a previous sexual assault case, and consisted of both parties giving opening remarks, fielding questions by the Board, and being issued a verdict. Students present asserted that expulsion was rarely implemented as a penalty for sexual assault.
